He specializes in effective internal control processes and systems, as well as the implementation of technological tools.
For over 30 years, he has been part of the teams at auditing and consulting firms SYT, BDO, JGS, Deloitte, EY, Arthur Andersen, and KPMG. He has served as statutory auditor for multiple companies, audit partner, internal audit leader, leading partner for payroll outsourcing, accounting, and taxes, leader of process analysis, risk, and internal control teams, leading partner in charge of innovation and transformation teams, IT area leader, and entrepreneur.
Yolanda S. Fernández - Payroll Outsourcing Director
Public Accountant and Human Resources specialist from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotá, with extensive experience in payroll outsourcing, supporting the implementation and execution of payroll and personnel administration projects for companies with over 2,000 employees in various industries of the economy, including telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, non-profit organizations, professional services, and natural resources. Her strong knowledge and interest in her clients have enabled her to provide effective solutions for the smooth development of payroll processes.
With nearly 20 years of experience, she has had the opportunity to implement and advise on best practices in processes and rely on updated labor, tax, accounting, and internal control standards, as well as technology integration processes for proper payroll administration of clients based on service timeliness, clarity, and security.
