Deadline for Supplying Provisions and Important Matters to Consider.

The beneficiaries of the provisions are individuals linked through an employment contract who earn a monthly salary of up to twice the minimum monthly wage (up to $2,600,000 in 2024).
Employees who have completed more than three (3) months of service with the employer by the date of delivery are entitled to the provisions.
Employers are prohibited from compensating the obligation to supply provisions with monetary payments.
Source: Articles 230 to 234 of the Colombian Labor Code.

The deadline for employers to provide supplies to their employees is August 31st.
